I’m constantly fascinated by how certain fetishes work, and how the same fetish can differ to unrecognisable extremes between individuals. Today, I owe Angelica my thanks for pointing me at gallery of sculptures by Lisa Lichtenfels.

If you have a deliciously irrepressible fetish for nylon stockings, then how would you feel toward a collection of realistic human figures made entirely out of them?

Ask your fetish: Does nylon only appeal when it’s on a pair of real human legs, or is it the fabric itself that excites you? Would a nylon stocking sculpture of a buxom pin-up girl do it for you, or can it still be alluring if it’s pulled and pummelled into the image of someone you wouldn’t necessarily find attractive otherwise (see the photo below)? Would you have to touch the nylon for the thrill to manifest, or will a photo suffice? There are so many questions, and I’d love to hear your answers.
