Fin-Dommes of the Future

In this 1966 video, they predict everything except the concept of a woman earning her own money… Well, unless this chap is married to a Financial Domme of course. This is something that has always intrigued me. Pro-Dommes who offer financial domination often get a bad press on the BDSM scene, simply because it’s a niche fetish, and – much like adult babies or anything to do with pooing – can be difficult to empathise with if it isn’t your cup of tea. It’s a micro-industry that’s also rife with scammers, spammers and other undesirables. In my own experience, the people who choose to be financially dominated vary between those who want to be exploited, to those who want to be blackmailed, or occasionally those who simply want someone a bit bossy to sort out their finances for them so that they don’t have to do it themselves. Despite being predominantly evil as a human being, I like to be ethical with it. Safewords always apply, even during blackmail play, and when given the opportunity to bankrupt a client, I prefer to be far more creative. I suppose this is because I understand. This understanding began during an incident at school. One day, a strikingly beautiful older girl (lots of make-up, big hair, resembled a young Madonna in “Desperately Seeking Susan“) came up to me in the school canteen and asked me for 20p to make a phonecall. I willingly handed her the money. I knew straight away that I’d never get it back. I was perfectly aware that she was using me. Yet it was a thrill. It’s something that I have no explanation for, but it had a powerful effect on me, and is something I’ve enjoyed as an adult – with a lot more money, and in a far more consensual context – and this time I get to be Susan. If there are any fin-subs out there who would like a sympathetic ear, do feel free to get in touch. Just one thing though… It could cost you dearly.
